A description of the apartment and nearby surroundings
The apartment has a unique position - at 100 metres from the boulevard of Fethiye. Situated on the 3rd floor the apartment has a fantastic view from the living-room, the
balcony and the roof-terrace (4 x 7 meter) of the Mediterranean and mountains. The apartment is in a local residential quarter and the city-centre is at a stone's throw.
Fethiye is authentic and not overloaded with tourists. The inhabitants are very friendly and hospitable. Delicious restaurants, nice shops and you need not go far to have a nice evening out.
Fethiye is situated at a big bay, surrounded by beautiful mountains.
The international airport of Dalaman is 40 minutes by car.
Travel by dolmus (cheap local bus) for 15 minutes and you will find the world famous Ölüdeniz-beach: the so-called Blue Lagoon of Turkey with its breathtaking turquoise waters.
The family-beach of Calis and the aquapark are also only a few minutes by local bus. A big supermarket, a bakery and a Turkish market (two times a
week) are within walking distance. The prices in Fethiye are considerably lower than in other places on the Turkish coast.
The apartment (85 m²) has stone tiled floors, new furniture, two bedrooms (1 double, 2 singles and in the living-room there is a couch which can be used as a bed). Two balconies and a roof-terrace, a separate toilet, a bathroom with a washingmachine
and all three rooms has their own air-conditioning / heating.

An agent for key management and support is available on site. Furthermore, the following services are offered:
-Transfer to and from the airport depending on the size of the party between £70 and £80
-Hiring car for one week can be arranged at competitive rates (small car for 1 week is £170), which includes collecting and returning to the airport.
-Meet and Greet service, the agent comes along to help the guests find their way into the apartment and surrounding area.
-The agent also has other services available such as: portable wifi, an extra bed, chair, travel cot and welcome packages for a refrigerator.
-We can also help with finding cheap flights.
Location and surroundings

Fethiye boasts historical sights, some quiet beaches nearby and a lovely boulevard ideal for lounging on during the day and by night.
The old town has cute tiny shops and restaurants to everyone's taste.

Fethiye has his own antique theater, rock-tombs and a museums with historical excavations
Tlos, the oldest city of the Lycia region and the residence of the legendary hero Bellerophon with his winged horse Pegasus. You 'll find here the remains of a castle, the Angora, the Necropolis, an ancient theatre and Roman baths. Afterwards take a rest in Yakapark, the restaurant with beautifull waterfalls.
Visit one of the other old cities and ruins like Kaya Koy (the abondon Greek city), Xanthos and Letoon
A two days excursion to the magnificent city Ephese and the miracle of Pamukkale (by warm water formed limestone terraces)
Saklikent, a fordable river in a 100 meter deep cleft, afterwards you can eat and drink on the Turkish lounge-sofa's above the water.
Nature and activity
The south-west coast of Turkey is known for its green coast, the area is full of pine-tree woods.
The city of Fethiye itself is very green and until late in summer every garden is flowering.
Fethiye market on Tuesday and Fridays with among other things vegetables, fruit and clothes. Just a few minutes walk from the apartment.
Calis-beach (sand and fine gravel beach) with nice boulevards aimed at locals and tourists. There is always a nice breeze and beautiful sunsets.
Ölüdeniz-beach (a sandy beach), the "blue-lagoon" of Turkey, 20 minutes with the Dolmus.
The fish market in the centre of Fethiye- You can choose your own fish and have it prepared by a restaurant of your choice
Water-sports like snorkel, swimming, diving, waterskiing, rafting and spectacular paragliding in Ölüdeniz
Hammam, the Turkish sauna (with a big marble plate), take a professional scrub-down and soapmassage - refreshing !
Costs
The apartment is available in subjoined periods with matching prices:
January, February, March, November, December: EURO 230.00 per week.
April, May, June, September, October: EURO 295.00 per week.
July and August: EURO 350.00 per week.
These prices are without the cleaning costs (EURO 40.00) and a refundable deposit of EURO 150.00.
Air-conditioning is included.
